As well as being able to install and maintain all types of security products, including Safes, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems, we can also provide cost effective Alarm and CCTV, 24 hour monitoring and surveillance with emergency service response.
Often existing equipment can be repaired and upgraded with a range of annual maintenance agreements offered, which include 24 hour support and fast response should you, or your insurers require.
HUD Security Quality Policy
It is the aim of the Company to provide a system design, installation and maintenance service, using electronic and physical security equipment, which conforms to best professional practice and meets customers agreed requirements at a satisfactory overall cost. In providing these services the Company attaches great importance to the requirements of quality and to the expectations and needs of its customers.
Technological improvements and innovations are reviewed with a view to introducing them where a cost benefit can be acheived, wherever possible, to existing and potential customers and markets.
In order to monitor compliance, effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System, together with the Company's quality policy and current objectives for quality improvement, a review and evaluation are regularly performed by the MD. This includes contractual aspects such as false alarm and response time statistics, routine maintenance achievement and resolution of complaints.
Staff are suitably screened, trained and committed to implement, maintain and continually improve the high level of service and support that Hud Security provides clients.
